Nicholas A. Rauch has joined the partnership at Larson • King, after practicing with the firm as an associate since 2020.
An accomplished litigator at Larson • King, Nick excels in the fields of transportation and logistics, professional liability, products liability, and oil, gas, and energy defense. With a passion for providing exceptional client service and representation, Nick leads the firm’s accident rapid response team and has successfully managed nationwide litigation for major clients, including a Fortune 500 life insurance company.
Nick’s leadership extends beyond Larson • King. He is an active contributor to the legal community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association (MDLA) and the Minnesota Asian Pacific American Bar Association (MNAPABA). He also serves in leadership with various national organizations, including USLAW (where he serves as the Secretary for the Complex Torts and Products Liability Committee) and DRI (where he serves as the Vice-Chair for the Litigation Skills Committee).
Recognized for his skills and successes, Nick has been named to the Minnesota Super Lawyers Rising Stars list (2022-2024), an honor awarded to fewer than 2.5% of attorneys in the state. In addition, Nick is the past recipient of the 2021 Deb Oberlander New Lawyer Award from MDLA, and the 2024 Program Chair Award from DRI.
