Larson • King, LLP is pleased to announce that Hilary Palazzolo has joined the partnership. Hilary started at Larson • King as a summer associate in 2007 and became an associate in 2008. In her first eight years, Hilary developed a reputation as an experienced commercial litigator and trusted advisor to clients with sound instincts and creative solutions. Hilary has appeared in state and federal courts and arbitration proceedings throughout the country and served as temporary in-house counsel for two different Fortune 500 companies.
In her new role, Hilary will continue to passionately advocate for clients in complex litigation matters, including insurance and reinsurance coverage disputes, and business and financial services litigation.
Hilary earned her law degree magna cum laude from Hamline University School of Law, where she served as Symposium Editor of the Hamline Law Review. In addition to her legal practice, Hilary serves on Metro Meals on Wheels’ Board of Directors, and advocates for women and families through her pro bono work with the Tubman Safety Project. Hilary is currently Chair Elect for the American Bar Association’s Excess Surplus Lines and Reinsurance Committee.
