On May 6, 2014, Washington County District Court Judge Susan Miles granted summary judgment on behalf of Renewal by Andersen Corporation in a lawsuit alleging reprisal in violation of the Minnesota Human Rights Act. Judge Miles found that the plaintiff, who had been reprimanded for poor attendance during her assignment at Renewal, failed to present evidence to support her reprisal claim and that Renewal was entitled to judgment as a matter of law. Employment litigator David Wilk represented Renewal By Andersen Corporation. A copy of Judge Miles’ opinion can be found here.
