Carrie Nearing joins Larson · King as a partner with more than 15 years of health care litigation and trial practice. As a complement to her litigation practice, Carrie provides consultation and guidance about health care issues ranging across professional liability, employment, medical staff responsibilities, and federal and state compliance matters.
Carrie is a 1998 graduate of Temple University School of Law. In addition to being involved in various professional organizations, Carrie volunteers with the Children’s Law Center, providing legal services to children in the foster care system, and with The Advocates for Human Rights.
