Bradley R. Bultman is joining the partnership of Larson • King, LLP after practicing with the firm as an associate since 2016. Mr. Bultman represents and defends clients in complex litigation nationwide in the areas of mass/toxic torts (asbestos, talc, and silica), product liability, premises liability, construction, agriculture, personal injury, and professional liability.
Clients trust Mr. Bultman to handle matters of significant value in various legal areas and jurisdictions. Of note, Mr. Bultman has defended a Fortune 500 premises owner in numerous, multi-party, complex personal injury matters with damages alleged to be in the millions of dollars. He has also handled construction rework matters and arbitration on one of the largest construction projects in Minnesota. Mr. Bultman has also represented clients in a professional liability matter where damages were claimed to be in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
Brad’s peers have recognized his successful practice by including him on the Minnesota Super Lawyers Rising Star lists for 2016, 2017, and 2019. Fewer than 2.5% of lawyers in Minnesota under the age of 40 are recognized. Brad was also named among America’s Top 100 Personal Injury Attorneys® for 2019, an honor reserved for less than one-half percent of active attorneys in the United States.
Brad graduated cum laude from the Florida Coastal School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota, where he competed as an offensive lineman for the Gopher football team in the Big Ten Conference.
