Ryan practices in the areas of business litigation, construction, and product liability. Prior to joining Larson • King, Ryan worked as a staff attorney for the Honorable Jerome Abrams in the First Judicial District of Minnesota (Dakota County). In that position, Ryan worked on a wide range of civil motions, mediations, bench trials, and jury trials.
Ryan earned his law degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. During law school, Ryan was Director of Articles for the Journal of Law and Public Policy, and he served as the Vice President of the American Constitution Society. Ryan also worked as a law clerk for the Minneapolis Public Housing Authority and externed for the Honorable Kevin Burke in the Fourth Judicial District of Minnesota (Hennepin County).
Ryan received his B.A. in political science with a minor in business from Concordia College, Moorhead. Ryan spent his last college semester working in Washington D.C. in the United States Senate on business and economic issues. After college and prior to entering law school, Ryan worked in marketing and business development for a Fortune 100 retail company.
Outside of his law practice, Ryan enjoys spending time with his friends, trying out new restaurants or breweries, and playing sports.
