Madison practices in the areas of business litigation, professional liability, products liability, and complex torts.
Madison earned her J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. During her 1L year, Madison helped co-found and lead the Business Law Society, which provided students the opportunity to connect with local attorneys, get practical job training, and learn more about the vast number of practice areas related to business law. Madison was also elected by her peers as Editor-in-Chief of the University of St. Thomas Law Journal. As Editor-in-Chief, she spearheaded the group’s efforts to provide thought-provoking publications and bring diverse and distinct voices through unique topics and recognized legal scholars.
Madison’s breadth in community involvement and depth in leadership experience drives differential value for clients and magnifies her voice in the practice of law.
While in law school, Madison pursued opportunities to gain hands-on experience at law firms and businesses. She joined Larson • King as a Summer Associate through the Twin Cities Diversity in Practice (TCDIP) 1L Clerkship program. For her clerkship, Madison spent part of the summer learning from the attorneys at Larson • King, a TCDIP Member firm, and part of the summer working with in-house counsel at the 3M Company, Larson • King’s corporate partner. As a second-year law student, Madison worked in the legal department at another large Minnesota corporation, then returned to Larson • King as a Law Clerk during her 2L summer. During her last year of law school, Madison worked at 3M as a Compliance Extern. She also worked as a Pro Bono Law Clerk for a Minneapolis firm, before joining Larson • King as an attorney.
Madison received her undergraduate degree in History from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. At Baylor, Madison was in the Pre-Law Society, a member of the Pi Beta Phi sorority, and part of Student Government where she served as a Senate Chair and Executive Council Member.
