Anisa A. Omar Joins Larson • King

Anisa is a rising 2L at the University of St. Thomas School of Law. During her 1L year, Anisa served as the 1L Representative for both the Student Government DEI Committee and the Employment and Labor Law Association.

Before going to law school, Anisa was the Dean of Students at a local charter school and worked as a legislative intern in Washington, D.C.

Anisa received her undergraduate degree in Political Science with a minor in Ethnic Studies from Minnesota State University, Mankato, where she was President of the Student Government Association and a commencement speaker.

Anisa joins Larson • King as a participant in the Twin Cities Diversity in Practice (TCDIP) 1L Summer Rotation Clerkship program. Larson • King partners with the 3M Company’s legal department to provide TCDIP clerks with opportunities for professional development and mentoring.
