Michelle focuses her practice on employment-based and family-based immigration. She advises clients seeking to secure temporary and permanent employment authorization. She represents clients from various sectors of the economy, including multinational corporations, health care organizations, educational institutions, as well as individual foreign nationals who possess noteworthy achievements in their respective fields.
Michelle implements strategies to secure immigration benefits for foreign nationals who work in critical infrastructure sectors of the United States, including technology, food and agriculture, healthcare, and education. She delights in supporting school districts with strategies to utilize foreign talent to address educator shortages. Michelle joined Larson • King from Vogel Law Firm (12+ years) and the boutique immigration firm Aronson & Associates.
Outside the office, Michelle enjoys time with her family, baking, and her family’s annual triathlon summer tradition.
