PRODUCTS LIABILITY LITIGATORS MARK SOLHEIM AND CARYN BOISEN OBTAIN FAVORABLE JURY VERDICT IN FEDERAL COURT
Larson King partners Mark Solheim and Caryn Boisen recently defended a leading conveyor manufacturer in a products liability claim. The case was tried to a jury in Minnesota’s federal court in Duluth. Plaintiff, who sustained a major injury to his dominant hand, alleged product defect and failure to warn claims.
